Meet Claudia

I’m Claudia Calonje—a woman who moves seamlessly between boardrooms, sound stages, and penthouses, with intention in every step.

Born to immigrant parents and raised with an unshakable belief in possibility, I’m a first-generation American who turned ambition into access. I started my career in Silicon Valley, rising through the ranks at Google and Salesforce before helping to shape the Salesforce Private Equity Practice. Along the way, I closed over half a billion dollars in revenue—and mentored countless women to claim their seat at the table.

But my path was never just about business. I’m deeply devoted to healing—of systems, of stories, and of self. I’m currently earning my Master’s in Psychology, and I weave emotional intelligence and social advocacy into everything I build, from executive coaching containers to philanthropic initiatives focused on mental health and equity. I’m also an accredited investor, a speaker, and a trusted advisor to founders and high performers navigating complex transitions.

Now based in New York City, I’m expanding my legacy. I’m a part of Coco Rocha’s modeling network and curating a personal brand that blends elegance with impact. Whether I’m hosting private dinners, leading conversations around wealth and worth, or walking into a room full of CEOs, I bring presence, power, and depth.

My mission is clear: to multiply access, reimagine leadership, and remind the world that healing is not a detour from luxury—it’s the most lavish thing there is

The mission is to alchemize your pain into power and profit, giving you access to the healing and wealth that’s always been yours, so you can influence, lead, and impact the world. Let's make you f***** rich.

Origin Story

From grief to generational wealth. From grit to gold.
I’m Claudia Calonje—a first-generation Latina executive coach, accredited investor, and creative visionary. I help underrepresented high-achievers build legacy through healing, power, and purpose.

I was born and raised in San Francisco, surrounded by high achievers—and became one myself. I always say I started in sales at the age of two, translating for my mom at medical appointments and negotiating systems that weren’t built for us. As the oldest daughter of immigrants, with my dad working long hours and my mom waiting on a green card, I grew up managing appointments, making calls, and learning how to advocate—for all of us.

I dreamed of Stanford and cried when I got into Berkeley instead. I was Class President, a lifeguard, IB student, athlete—the golden girl who never let anyone see her unravel. But underneath all that ambition, I was in pain.

I struggled with my mental health, battled severe weight gain, and eventually found myself in rehab—not just for my body, but for my mind. I live with bipolar disorder, and I’ve come to see it not as a weakness, but a window into how much our minds, stories, and environments shape us.

That need to make sense of it all led me down two paths: psychology and money.
Who are we, really? How do we rewire the beliefs we inherited? And how do we use our healing to build lives that feel free?

These questions have fueled my work and my life. I paid off my student loans, built multiple six-figure income streams, and now work in Salesforce’s Private Equity Practice in New York City. I’ve lost 150 pounds, trained under supermodel Coco Rocha, and expanded my coaching practice to help others navigate grief, growth, and reinvention.

I don’t coach from theory—I coach from experience.
Because success isn’t just about what you build. It’s about who you become. And if you’re ready to rise, I’m ready to meet you there.
